The Campaign Audience Exclusions feature in Whippy allows you to identify and manage contacts who will not receive your campaign messages.
1. Create a New Campaign or Select an Existing One
Start by creating your campaign in Whippy by following this link https://app.whippy.co/campaigns/create
2. Add Your Campaign Audience
Once your campaign is set up, add your audience by uploading or manually entering the contacts you want to target with your campaign.
3. Click the View Excluded Audience Button
To see which contacts have been excluded from your campaign, click on the View Excluded Audience button.
4. Review the Excluded Contacts
After clicking the View Excluded Audience button, you’ll be presented with a list of contacts that will not be receiving the campaign message.
Understand Reasons for Exclusion
The excluded contacts might appear on this list for several reasons, including:
Opted Out: The contact has opted out of receiving messages from you.
Blocked: The contact has been blocked from receiving messages.
Manually Excluded: You have manually excluded the contact from this campaign.
Campaign Settings: You applied specific settings in the campaign to exclude certain contacts, such as:
Exclude Contacts with Open Conversations
Exclude Contacts who Recently Received Another Campaign
