  1. Navigate to: Automations > Question Bot > Create Question.

  2. Add a New Question

    • Type the frequently asked question you'd like to automate.

  3. Write the Automated Answer

    • Provide the answer that will be shown to customers when they ask the question.

  4. Select Channels

    • Select the channels (e.g., chat, email) where this automation should be active.

  5. Save the Automated Response

    • Click Save Automated Response to activate the automation.

Step 2: Edit Question: Add Question Variants

To ensure the bot catches different ways customers might ask the same thing, you can add multiple question variants.

  1. Click on Edit Question

    • This allows you to expand on the original question.

  2. Enter Variants

    • Add different phrasings for the same question.

    • Example:

      • “What time are you open?”

      • “What are your business hours?”

      • “Are you open on weekends?”

  3. Adjust Tolerance

    • Choose how closely a customer's question must match to trigger the bot.

    • High tolerance (Exact match): Only exact phrasing will trigger the bot.

    • Low tolerance (More flexible): Similar questions will also trigger the automation.

  4. Save the Variants

    • Click Save Automated Response to update.

Additional Notes

  • You can create as many automated questions as you need.

  • Automations can be turned on or off at any time.

  • You can edit questions, answers, and variants whenever necessary.
