Before sending review requests, connect your Google My Business account.

  1. Open Settings.

  2. Go to Organisation settings.

  3. Click General.

  4. Select Connect to Google My Business.

  5. Follow the prompts to sign in to your Google account.

  6. Choose the Google Business Profile you want to connect.

  7. Confirm the connection.

Once connected, Whippy can automatically:

  • Track incoming Google reviews

  • Display reviews in Whippy

  • Support automated and manual review responses
