Why it matters
Profile settings keep your user identity accurate across Whippy and help secure your account before you work with customer conversations, campaigns, and organization settings.

Edit Full name if your display name needs to change.
Review Email. This field is read-only, but you can click Copy email to copy it.
Edit Phone number if Whippy should store a current contact number for you.
Move out of the name or phone field to save valid changes automatically.
Use the Two-factor Authentication section to enable or manage your available 2FA methods.
Tips and Best Practices
Use a clear profile picture so teammates can identify you quickly.
Keep your phone number current if your organization uses phone-based verification or support workflows.
If a field does not save, check the validation message before leaving the page.
Treat your email address as account identity. Contact an admin if it needs to change.
Troubleshooting

Name or phone number does not update | The field is empty, unchanged, or the phone number is not valid for the selected country. | Enter a valid value, then move out of the field again. |
Email cannot be edited | Email is read-only in Profile settings. | Use Copy email if you need the address, or ask an admin about account identity changes. |
2FA setup fails | The verification code, phone number, or authentication app setup may be incomplete. | Retry the setup flow and follow the current prompts in the Two-factor Authentication section. |
