Step-by-Step: Manage Templates
Open Settings in Whippy.
Navigate to Organisation settings and click Templates.
Review the list of existing templates for your organisation.
Check template details, including name, type, description, creator, last updated date, and status.
Use the search bar to Search templates.
Apply filters or sorting to refine the list.
Click the More options (three vertical dots) to edit or delete a template.
To import templates, click Import templates in the top-right corner.
Upload a supported file (.csv, .tsv, .txt, .xls, .xlsx, or .xml) or manually enter data in the importer grid.
To create a new template, click Add template.
Select the Template type (SMS or WhatsApp), then click Next.
Configure the template details, including name, message content, permissions, and optional settings such as review requests or scheduling.
Save the template.
