1. Click on Create Campaign

2. Name your campaign

3. Select the line you want to send the campaign from

4. Click on Save

5. Add your audience

In the area highlighted in red, you can add contacts manually if they're saved to Whippy.

If you need to upload a list of contacts (CSV or Excel file), click the button highlighted in blue.

If you want to reach out based on a tag, click the button highlighted in green and choose the tag you want to message.

6. After selecting your audience, you can review them again by clicking on the View Audience button

When reviewing your audience, you can click Exclude to remove them from the campaign message.

7. Click on Save

10. If you want to schedule your campaign to go out at a later date and time, enable the schedule message option.

Skip this step if you want to send it straight away

12. Confirm the number of contacts you're reaching out to

We ask you to confirm the number of contacts just in case you hit Send Campaign by accident.

Type "1"

13. Click on Send Campaign
