2. Click on "Create Campaign"


3. Name your campaign

4. Select the line you would like to send the campaign from

5. Click on "Save"


6. Under Select Audience, click the contact button with a + next to it.


7. Name your upload

Give it a name you recognize so you can use it again for future campaigns


8. Click "Click to Upload a File"


9. Click "Upload data from file" and choose the file from your computer


10. After choosing your file, Whippy will ask if the first row contains column names, as we see in the screenshot below, it does contain column names.

Note: This should be the case with all Job Match files.


11. Click on "Yes"


12. Map the Full Name column to "Full Name" in the dropdown menu and click "Confirm Mapping"


13. Map the Phone Number column to "Phone Number" in the dropdown menu and click "Confirm Mapping"


14. Click "Ignore Mapping" for any other columns.


15. Click on "Next"


16. You will see an overview of contacts uploaded. You can click on the cells here if you need to make any quick edits. Then, Click "Finish"


17. Click on "Yes" to upload.


18. After uploading, Click on Save

20. Click on Save


21. Last but not least, to send your campaign straight away, click "Send Campaign"

...complete the confirmation to send and click "Send Campaign"

Done! You've sent a campaign using a Job Match list. πŸŽ‰
