Text messages are sometimes truncated due to the limitations of the SMS protocol.
Messages have a maximum character limit of 160 characters. When a message exceeds this limit, it is automatically split into multiple parts called "concatenated messages." However, each part consumes a portion of the overall character limit, which reduces the available space for the actual message content. As a result, longer messages may be truncated or split across multiple messages.
This usually resolves itself, but If you sent or received a truncated message, please contact our support team using the Help & Feedback button, and we can escalate the issue with our carrier partners.
