There are many engaging ways to run fluency drills. Here are four activities you can use to help students build their fluency:

  • Go to the Tileboard and turn on the Blending Board to quickly adjust your tiles and move through various patterns.

  • Use the Flashcards activity to have students read words displayed on the cards.

  • Use the Workbook Tiles activity to have students read words on colorful tiles.

  • Use the Wordcards activity to have students read multiple words on the same screen.

  • Use the Timed Reading activity to gather fluency and accuracy data for a wordlist.
