Learn how to interact with students on PDF's

Whizzimo provides all the student pages (PDFs) you need. You can type, draw, and interact with your students on the pages as you make your way through a lesson. PDFs are used in the Extra Practice, Spelling Rules, Read Words Through Word Frames, Read Phrases, Read Sentences, and Read Stories parts of Barton lessons. Explore the variety of tools available on PDFs to make your teaching experience engaging and fun!

Page Selector

Select the next page within the document. This is especially useful when viewing post-tests.

Click the Page Selector icon, and select a page from the drop-down menu.

Marker

Draw, circle, and highlight content on the page.

Click the Marker Options icon.

Select a color from the menu. You can adjust line thickness and more. Then start drawing on the page.

Word Frames/Stamps

Use word frames to keep students focused on specific words when reading. Stamps can also be used to encourage and congratulate students.

Click the Stamp Options icon. Choose a color.

Select a stamp and color from the menu. To use word frames, choose a stamp under the word frame category.

Click on the page to place your stamp.

Zoom

Click the Zoom In or Zoom Out buttons. This will make the PDF larger or smaller.

๐Ÿ’ก If you set the page to the largest size, you will need to scroll up and down to view the whole document.

Typing

Click the Typewriter to open the typing tool.

Select the place on the page where you need to type and begin typing.

โ„น๏ธ Use the text box icons to change the font size, delete a text box, or expand a box.
