Yes, to use Bulk Discount Now and Wholesale Now at the same time:
Login to Bulk Discount Now
Go to the Settings tab
Scroll to the Advanced Settings section and enable the option Disable Bulk Discount Now for logged-in customers
Wholesale Now will then be responsible for providing discounts to logged-in customers, and Bulk Discount Now will provide discounts to your guests and retail shoppers.
