We have developed a comprehensive algorithm in our system that analyzes activity within the WiFi Map community and calculates User’s reputation and Wi-Fi health score.
What affects the reputation score:
Registration via email or social networks.
Active contributions, such as additions of new hotspots; updates/corrections of existing hotspots, running speed-tests.
Number of subsequent connections to hotspots that were added by you;
Length of your WiFi Map membership
Contributors with the high reputation score receive a blue badge of a Trusted contributor.
