Activating eSIM on a new device (iOS)

If you are switching devices and want to activate your eSIM on a new one, follow this guide to ensure a smooth transition.


Step 1: Delete the eSIM from your old device

Before you activate the eSIM on a new device, you must first delete it from the old one. To do this:
1. Make sure your are connected to internet.
2. Go to Settings > Cellular > Your WiFi Map eSIM.
3. Tap the "DELETE" button at the bottom of the screen.

Step 2: Activate the eSIM on your new device

After deleting the eSIM from your old device, it's time to activate it on your new device:
1. Open the WiFi Map app on your new device.
2. Tap the ACTIVATE button on the eSIM widget.
3. Follow the instructions to activate and set up your eSIM.


Troubleshooting

If you no longer have access to your old device, or if you are experiencing difficulties activating your eSIM on your new device, don't worry - our support team is here to assist you.
