The Wingspan Wallet Debit Card is the fastest and most convenient way to access the funds in your Wingspan Wallet. You can create both a virtual and physical debit cards and easily track your business expenses.
Wingspan Wallet Debit Cards are only available to US-based contractors.
Virtual Debit Card
Creating a Virtual Debit Card
To create a virtual debit card, simply click Create free card from the Wingspan Wallet dashboard.
Requesting a New Virtual Debit Card
If you have an existing card, but would like to request a new virtual debit card for any reason:
You must first terminate the existing virtual debit card by selecting it from your Wingspan Wallet dashboard and clicking the Manage next to your virtual card and then Close card button on the next page:
βRequest a new virtual card by clicking Create free card from your Wingspan Wallet dashboard.
Physical Debit Card
Ordering a Physical Debit Card
To create a physical debit card, click Order free card to have a physical card sent to you.
βIn the pop-up window, you must agree to the Wingspan Cardholder Agreement by clicking the box. Click Create card to continue:
You will also need to enter the name of the cardholder and the address to mail it to then click Confirm & continue:
Activating Your Physical Card
Once you receive your card, click Activate card from your Wingspan Wallet
In the popup window, create a 4-digit PIN code and click Continue:
3. Enter the verification code sent to you via SMS and click Activate card:

Card Management
From the Wingspan Wallet dashboard, you can click Manage next to either your physical or virtual card to take the following actions:
Reporting Lost/Stolen Card
For a lost or stolen card, immediately suspend your card in Wingspan Wallet to prevent any unwanted purchases. If you later find your lost card, you can reactive it.

Dispute a Transaction
To report a fraudulent transaction or to dispute another transaction in-app, please follow these steps.
Navigate to the Transactions tab of the Wingspan Wallet:

What ATMs can I use with the Wingspan Debit Card?
The Wingspan Debit Card is not part of a specific ATM network. Funds can be withdrawn from any ATM subject to that ATM's fee.
What are the routing or account numbers associated with my card?
Your card is associated with your Wingspan Wallet business banking account. You can find the routing/account numbers on your Wingspan Wallet page.
Can the Wingspan Debit Card be used for personal purchases?
The Wingspan Debit Card is part of your business bank account through Wingspan Wallet and is intended for business purchases only.
Is there a cash back or rewards program?
The Wingspan Debit Card includes a 1% cash back reward on all purchases.
Can the Wingspan Debit Card be added to my Apple or Google Wallet?
You can add your Wingspan Debit Card to the Apple Wallet using these instructions. Google Wallet support is forthcoming.
Is a Wingspan Wallet required to use the Wingspan Debit Card?
Yes. The Wingspan Wallet is the account that backs your Wingspan Debit Card.
Can the Wingspan Debit Card be used internationally?
Yes, there are no restrictions to the Wingspan card's usage internationally.
Is there a limit for withdraws made through the Wingspan Debit Card?
Yes, there is a daily limit of $1,250 and a monthly limit of $5,000 for cash withdraws. If you need an exception, please reach out to our support team directly.
