To join a creator's Discord, please follow these steps:
Log in to your Winible account.
Go to winible.com and log in with your credentials.
Navigate to the 'Purchases' tab.
Once logged in, click on the 'Purchases' tab or directly visit winible.com/purchases.
Check for Discord Integration.
If your subscription plan includes access to Discord, you will see a Discord logo (Access Discord) to connect your Winible account to your Discord account.
Link Your Accounts.
Click the Discord logo or 'Access Discord' option and follow the prompts to link your Discord account.
Join the Discord.
You will be redirected to a new website to authenticate and connect to the Discord server.
Make Sure You're Logged into the Right Account.
You should double check that you are logged into the correct Discord account when trying to link your account and join the creator's Discord server. It will show which account you're signed into. Click "Not you?" to log out and log into a different Discord account.
Trouble Joining?
If you are having issues accessing the Discord server, please try leaving it and then rejoining the server.
No Discord Option Visible?
If you don’t see the Discord logo or option, we recommend contacting the creator directly to confirm if the subscription plan has an associated Discord channel.
