No, you will need to share the newest version with any reviewers external to your team. New versions will always be visible to any Team Members with access to the folder the asset is held in. This is to prevent stakeholders from seeing your projects before they're ready.

However, if you add your contacts to your address book, you can easily select them from the share menu when sending via email.
