Absolutely - comments are available for download in CSV or PDF formats. Open up the info panel on the right side of the review screen - click the Download icon in order to view downloading options.
Under the 'Comments' heading, you will see 2 options:
Export a CSV of all comments
Print comments to PDF (also allows you to save a PDF of comments)
