In the thumbnail tile of each asset in your Project Library (or in the right most column in Table view) you'll see the status of your media. These statuses will automatically update as your reviewers click on 'Finish Review' button at the top of their review screen, though Admins and Full Team Members can override these statuses as they see fit.

For a breakdown of each asset status and what triggers them, please see below:

Share: This asset (or version) is new and has not yet been shared with anyone. Click on the 'Share' button to send it out for review or approval!

In Review: This asset has been shared out for review and is awaiting feedback. you can see how many reviewers are finished in the reviewer count at the bottom left of the tile. Once everyone you've shared with has finished reviewing...

Review complete: The Review is complete! Act on any feedback and upload the next version, then share that next iteration. Or, if it's done, share it for approval to get that final sign off.

In Approval: Once you've shared an asset for approval, the asset will automatically adopt this status. Like the 'In Review' status above, you can see how many approvers you're waiting on in the bottom left of the tile. Also just like our review process, once everyone has approved, the asset will show as...

Approved: Everyone who's been asked for their approval (or at least has opened the public approval link) has signed off, this project is good to go! Note that if anyone on your team shares this for approval again, or if someone new opens a public approval link, the status will revert to 'In Approval.' You can also override our automated statuses and mark an asset as 'Approved' at any time -- like when that key stakeholder decides to tell you in person how much they love your work!

Not Approved: What if an asset isn't approved? That just means it's time to iterate! Open up the asset and look at the Approvers tab in the sidebar to see who didn't like it, then go through the Comments tab to see what they said. Take their feedback into account for the next version so you can get the beautiful final approval.

Requires changes: This status has no automated trigger (yet), and instead relies on you or the team to override the existing status. Use this to tell the rest of the team that this one needs some work, and check out the comment count in the bottom left of the tile to see how many open tasks there are within the asset.

Working on it: Another status that has no automated trigger, this one is just for you and the team (or that guest you've invited to view this folder). Place any asset into this status using the override function to communicate to the rest of the team that you're on it and a new version is coming soon. Look at the task count in the bottom left to check progress toward that next version.
