Yes, you can set it in the Manual Recommendations options that for some products, it will show recommendations by manual selection which you set in admin and for rest products, it can show from our AI module or also by related products by collections, tags, vendor and product type too.

Fallback option gives you flexibility to use the power of automation and manual selection both together.
