Wiser has introduced a powerful and intelligent feature – Intelli Search, which enhances the shopping experience through dynamic filtering and smart suggestions.

Key Features

1. Intelli Search

  • Dynamic Filtering
    Filters based on product attributes like tags, price, vendor, availability, and more.

  • Sidebar View
    Suggestions appear in a sidebar during quick search, improving navigation on product and collection pages.x

  • Supports Multiple Resources
    Works seamlessly with products, collections, and recommendation-based search results.

2. Smart Suggestions

  • Suggested Search Terms (in Quick View)
    Suggested terms are dynamically generated based on:

    • User’s previous search history

    • Trending search queries

    • Manually curated keywords

  • Suggested Products
    Merchants can manually choose specific products to appear as recommendations.

  • Suggested Collections
    Display trending or manually selected collections to guide user navigation.

3. Search Results Page

    Admins can configure filter types and sorting logic.

How to Setup Intelli Search in Wiser

Getting Started

  1. Go to the Wiser App Admin Panel.

  2. Navigate to Smart Search.

  3. On the dashboard, click on “Enable Wiser Search and Filter”.

Enable it via the “Embed App Theme Block” in your theme editor.

Step 1: Configure Quick Search View

  1. Enable Quick Search View

  2. Recommended Products: Choose the products you want to highlight in the quick search dropdown.

  3. Recommended Collections: Select collections to showcase in the quick view results.

  4. Recommended Search Terms: Display recent or trending search terms. Enable via toggle settings.

  5. Trigger Selector: Define the element (e.g., search input field) where search should be triggered.


    Step 2: Configure Search Listing Page

    This is the page where users are directed after submitting a search query.

    i. Template Settings:
    - Customize product card layout (products per row, number of rows).
    - Show/hide price and compare-at-price.
    - Toggle and style the 'Add to Cart' button.

    ii. Filter Options:
    - Enable/disable and rename filters like Availability, Product Type, Tags, Price, Vendor, and Custom Variants.


    iii. Sort By Options:
    - Options include Best Seller, New Arrivals, Highest Price, Lowest Price, Name (A–Z), and Name (Z–A).


    Step 3: Search Settings

    1. Choose the page where the Search Listing Page should appear.

    2. Toggle visibility for out-of-stock products.

    3. Exclude specific products, collections, or search terms.
