To keep Wishers funds safe from return scams, WishTender does not allow refunds.

We collect all Gifter's e-signatures that states they agree that their gift is non-refundable and that they do not expect anything in return for their gift donation.

In some cases, if the wisher approves a refund, we will give a partial refund to the Gifter minus our platform fee.

If someone made an unauthorized payment with your card, please get in touch with us so we can assist you in securing your card and funds.
