I didn't get my verification code sent to my phone from Stripe

If you had signed up with Stripe in the past please follow these instructions if you're having trouble with your verification code.

The verification SMS code is sent from Stripe.

If put in the wrong number while signing up on Stripe:

You can change your number on Stripe.



Otherwise, follow these instructions from Stripe.com:

Troubleshooting not receiving text message (SMS) verification codes

  1. Wait up to 30 minutes. Codes can take up to 30 minutes to be delivered in some cases.

  2. Request a new code. If you have not received your code after 30 minutes, try requesting another code.

  3. If you still are unable to login, submit a request through the account recovery form.

  4. If you are unable to use the self-recovery flow and still receiving issues not receiving the verification code, contact Stripe Support.

To contact Stripe from your wishlist:

  1. Click Account settings in the top right corner

  2. Click Payment Dashboard. This will take you to your Stripe portal.

  3. Click the ? in the top right corner of the page.

  4. Click "contact stripe express support" in the top right corner of the page.
