If you previously created a payout account with Stripe, you can contact Stripe as follows.
To contact Stripe from your wishlist:
Click Account settings in the top right corner
Click Payment Dashboard. This will take you to your Stripe portal.
Click the ? in the top right corner of the page.
Click "contact stripe express support" in the top right corner of the page.
