By default your gift funds will process and send to your payout destination automatically. However, if you would like to have the payouts sent manually, here is what you need to do.
Contact us via chat let us know that you want us to pause your payouts.
Once you are ready to receive your payout, contact us again and let us know to resume your payouts. *Note: Once payouts are resumed, they will require 1-2 business days to process before being sent to your payout destination.
Once the payout is in transit, let us know and we'll pause your payouts once again.
While this is not the most elegant solution, we're happy to help do this for anyone who wants until we have the option to set up manual payouts automatically.
