On your dashboard withfriends.co/[your_organization/dashboard you'll land first on the Events tab:

Here you have a snapshot of your upcoming events and how they're doing. On this tab you'll be able to edit events, add new ones, manage the guest list, and view event specific reports.

Clicking View Report will take you into a top down view of all the tiers in the specific event.

The black number is your ticket sales, and the pink number is the benefit of using Withfriends, combining donations, annualized memberships, and fees returned to you.

Click any tier to to look at the conversion report for the tier, which breaks down ticketbuyers, donors, and members:

Within the Membership tab, there's a section for reports that feature reports sorted by time period, membership profitability, as well as payouts.

You can also download .csv's of all transactions or member info.

​Transactions by Time:

Select a month, or all time, to get a time period conversion report.

Select transactions to view all your activity across the time period selected.

Events by Time:

Or select Events to view a list of events in the same time period.

Clicking into any event will bring you to the single event report described above.

Payout Report:

Go to Memberships > Reports > Payouts to view your upcoming payouts.

Click the + zoom icon to examine any payout in detail.  Click the download icon to download a CSV of the transactions related to that payout. 

You can also click Download All Transcations at the bottom to get a list of your full history on Withfirends.

Discount Report (Beta):

Go to Memberships > Reports > Discount Report to view the profitability and performance of your memberships, by tier, by each member, or by event.
