The Your Members tab is designed to make managing your membership a breeze. Whether you need to search for specific members, filter by tier, cancel a membership, or message your members, this tab has got you covered.

Locating the Membership Tab

To access the membership tab, simply navigate to "Your Members" on your account. This will lead you directly to the Membership tab, where you can manage all of your member-related activities.

Search for Specific Members

Looking for a specific member? Use the search field to enter their name or email address. This will provide you with a quick and easy way to locate the member you are looking for.

Filter Members by Tier

Want to view only members from a specific tier? No problem. Simply use the dropdown menu to filter members by tier.

View Member Information

For each member, you will see their join date, their membership tier, and whether they pay monthly or annually. If you click on a member's name, you will be directed to their Customer record on Shopify.

In the case that a member's last payment was not successful, their status will appear as "Past Due" in red. To learn more about this, check out our article on "Past Due" payments.

Canceling Members

Need to cancel a membership? It's easy. Just hit the 'x' next to the member's name. Here's how it works:

Cancel at period end: Stops future renewals. The member still enjoys the subscription boxes and member benefits they've already paid for.

Cancel now: For when a member misses the cancelation deadline but wants out ASAP. This option also lets you refund their last payment in a snap, and deletes all upcoming shipments.

Messaging Members

Need to send a message to all members or an individual member? You can easily do so by using the message button located at the top of the member list, or by clicking the message button next to a specific member. Messages sent through this platform will include a convenient link for the member to sign in to their membership below your message. Alternatively, you can also copy all member email addresses and send them through your own email client.

Adding a Link to Your Group

If you have an online group for your members or customers, you can add a link to the invite at the top of your membership tab. This will appear on their dashboard, and as part of the member onboarding experience when they sign up.

Exporting Members

Need to export your list of members? No problem. Simply click on the export button on your membership tab and follow the prompts. For more detailed instructions, check out our guide on member exports.
