Whenever possible, create and manage listings through Mascot. This allows inventory changes and sales activity to be tracked more effectively.
Import Existing eBay Listings
If items were originally listed on eBay, use the eBay Import feature to bring them into Mascot. This allows those items to be managed within your Mascot inventory.
Keep Sales Channels Connected
Review your Sales Channels regularly and make sure your marketplace connections remain active. If you change your eBay password or experience connection issues, reconnect your account from the Sales Channels page.
Monitor Your Listings
Use filters, tags, and listing statuses to review where your inventory is currently listed and identify items that may need attention.
When an Item Sells
If an item sells through Mascot-managed channels, Mascot updates your inventory and attempts to remove the item from other connected listings to help prevent overselling.
