Best Practice:
Before you start saving your course materials to Resources, create collections for each course or subject area. A collection is a container that stores courses, folders, files, and resources you may want to use again. Click here to review the resource, Creating a Collection in Schoology Resources.
Navigate to your Schoology course you want to save to Resources.
If not already selected, click Materials from the left navigation menu listed under Course Options.
Next to Add Materials, click Options (1) and then click Save Course to Resources (2). This creates a backup of your course.
Select the collection in which you would like to save a copy of your course materials. If you have not created a collection, you can add the course materials to your Home collection.
(Optional) Select a folder within the collection to which you would like to save your course materials.
Click Submit.
Once the course materials have been saved to your collection, you will receive an email indicating the transfer is complete.
