Creating a quiz in ScreenPal is a great way to turn passive videos into interactive learning experiences. You can build a quiz from your own recorded/uploaded videos or directly from YouTube.

Configuring Quiz Settings in ScreenPal
Log in to your ScreenPal account and open your Quizzes dashboard.
Hover your mouse over the quiz, and select Manage.
Select the Assignment & Settings tab.
Select the LMS option under the Assign settings.
Select Auto-sync to gradebook to push scores automatically to your Schoology gradebook.
Under the Assignment Settings, make any desired adjustments (e.g., prevent skipping, hide question markers on the timeline, hide score/results).
Adding the ScreenPal quiz in Schoology
Navigate to your Schoology course, then select the arrow to the left of a folder to expand it.
Hover your mouse pointer directly below the location where you want to add the quiz until you see a green dashed line.
Select Add File/Link/External Tool.
Select External Tool.
Tool Provider: Select ScreenPal LTI 1.3.
Title: Enter your quiz title.
Select the box next to Enable Grading.
Enter the quiz points, Due Date, Time, Category, and Period.
Click Submit.
Select the title of the ScreenPal quiz you just created.
If you’re already logged in to ScreenPal, this opens the content selection box within the course materials. Select the Quizzes tab.
Select the quiz that you would like to add.
Under Video Options, select Captions to ensure they appear in your video.
Review the Quiz Options and make any desired selections (i.e., Prevent Skipping, Hide Score/Results/Hide Question Markers on Timeline, Hide CTA & Annotation Buttons).
Grading Options: Verify that Auto-sync to grade book is selected.
Select Embed quiz.
