The course agenda tool is a resource that you can use to help students remain on pace. As a suggestion, you can create weekly agendas each Monday to provide students with a high-level overview of what you expect from them for a particular week that incorporates both graded and non-graded course activities.

NOTE: Do not change any other course settings since there is the potential for your course functionality to break.

To enable the course agenda feature in your course:

Access your Accelerate Education course in Buzz.

Click Editor.

From the top toolbar, click Tools (wrench icon) and then click Course settings.

On the top card, check the box next to Use agendas in this course. Do not change any other setting.

Click Save at the top right of the page.

Once Agendas are enabled in your course, use the Calendar tool to create a specific Agenda each week.

From within your course, click Menu (three horizontal lines) at the top left of the page and then click Calendar.

Select the day for which you want to create the agenda.

From the top toolbar, click Add agenda.

Select the course in which you want to create the agenda. Since you are in the course, you should only see one choice listed. If you were at the Teacher app level, you would see all your courses listed.

Create content for the agenda using the rich text editor.

Click Save at the top right of the page.

On the date you initially selected, the agenda will appear on your course home page below your landing page content.
