You can modify due dates for individual students to account for IEPs, 504 plans, or personal circumstances (e.g., death in the family, extended illness). This feature is only available in Range courses, since Continuous courses have suggested soft due dates that are not enforced.

Modifying a due date for an individual student:

Access your Accelerate Education course in Buzz.

Click Gradebook.

Click the student’s name.

Click the gradable activity.

Click the due date.

Change the Due date to the desired due date and click Save.
