Since the District Data Report only provides quarter grades for students in Accelerate Education courses, the quarter grades for students in Schoology courses are emailed to Online Education Advisors at the end of every quarter.
Each district receives two emails from our team regarding your students' Schoology quarter grades. The first email includes the password-protected spreadsheet of the grades. The second email includes the step-by-step directions that you will follow to access their grades, including a personalized password.
Schoology Quarter Grade Report
The Schoology quarter grade report displays the following information:
User ID - the student’s Genius User ID
First Name
Last Name
District
Course Name
Section Name - displays the eAcademy teacher’s name
Titles - the quarter’s title (e.g., Q1 23-24)
Grades - the quarter grade
If you see blank grades for some students, it may be due to a late enrollment. The teacher may have excused the work or not graded anything during the quarter.

Accelerate Education courses and quarter grades
If you have students in Accelerate Education (AE) courses taught by our local teachers, you can run the District Data Report (DDR) to retrieve their quarter grades. The grade in the DDR for AE courses taught by AE teachers is the current cumulative grade to date and not a quarter grade.
