Before you record a video using your WIU Zoom account, you need to first verify your Zoom settings.
From the left menu, click Settings.
Click the Recording tab at the top of the page.
Under Local recording, ensure Saved closed caption as VTT file is checked.
Under Advanced cloud recording settings, ensure Create audio transcript is checked. If not, check the box and then click Save.
