Filters allow you to easily display reviews according to different criteria (by establishment, by customer, by type of purchase or service, by review source…). Simply click on the filter and select the criteria of your choice.
NB: According to your project, some filters may be not accessible.
In addition to these filters, there are specific filters for the “Feedback” tab.
You can choose to display : all reviews, only the reviews to be processed or those already processed by clicking on the corresponding sub-tabs.
You can also display the reviews according to their level of satisfaction by clicking on the green, grey or red emojis.
You can also sort the reviews by age, or by rating, by clicking on the icon on the right.
You can search a specific review or customer via the research bar.
