My summary sub-tab

⚙️ Multi-campaigns VS Single Campaign

When you have multiple surveys/campaigns, you can:

  • Display the summary of a single campaign

  • Display the multi-campaign summary, consolidating the results from the different surveys/campaigns that make it up

💻 Access “My Summary”

The “My Summary” sub-tab is located in the Statistics tab and gathers the most important information from your account in one place, including your actions to take and your key indicators.

🎬 Actions to Take

The “Actions to Take” section allows you to see recommended actions, the number of reviews remaining to be processed for the selected period, unanswered messages, and responses to validate (if applicable).

  • To process them, simply click on the widget in question, and you will be directly redirected to the corresponding sub-tab of the Feedback tab (“New feedback to process”, “New messages”, or “Answers to validate”).

  • Concerning the new messages, you will find by default those of the reviews you have processed yourself. If you want to see all the new messages, select “All” instead of “Me”.

🔢 Key Indicators

The Key Indicators section provides the most important data in your scope, including: average satisfaction, NPS, public platform ratings, brand benchmark, average response time, and satisfaction by topic.

➡️ In your multi-campaign “Summary”, the NPS and Processing Time widgets display an aggregated score that weights all reviews from each survey to produce an overall average.

NB: By clicking on the different widgets you will be redirected to the corresponding sub-tabs (“Average Satisfaction”, “NPS”, “Public Platforms”, or “Topics”) that provide more details on these elements.
