Automatic responses

1) For Google reviews without verbatim, we provide an option to automatically send a response posted on Google

2) The sent response comes from a library of responses tailored to your industry and clientele. We implement a rotation of these responses to prevent the same reply from being published twice in a row. Response models adapt according to the satisfaction level, based on the threshold defined with your company.

3) If the previously provided automatic response is no longer suitable, you can modify it. Click on the three dots, then 'Edit'.
