1) Edit my competitors
In order to edit the list of competitors featured on your dashboard and in your reports, go to your “Preferences” tab,
And then click on “My competitors”.
The list of your competitors should appear.
If you manage different shops, you can access the list of each one of them. All you need to do is select the shop for which you wish to edit the competitors by clicking on the far right arrow:
You can then edit the list by checking or unchecking the boxes of the desired competitors:
Your modifications are automatically saved.
The list of competitors shown is listed by distance, and it features:
Your selected competitors,
All the eligible competitors available to add to your selection.
2. Filter and research my competitors
You can filter the list to only show your selection, or show all competitors.
You can also look up a specific competitor by typing the name of its shop or its brand.
If a competitor is missing from the list, please contact us at support@wizville.com, or click on "Missing competitor?" at the bottom of the page.
NOTES :
You can only add to your list competitors that have at least 1 feedback and that are located in the surrounding area of your shop as defined by headquarters.
Every 6 months, the list of competitors is automatically updated so as to take into account the openings and closings of your competitors.
