1. Report a feedback
When feedback soon to be published or published is inappropriate (not in compliance with the ISO 20488 standard recommendations), you can report it. Our moderators team will then moderate it.
To do this, click on the "Others" button at the bottom of the feedback, then "Report".
The reporting box appears, and you must choose a reason for reporting.
Here is the list of possible reasons for reporting in compliance with the ISO standard:
- [Mediation - Renotation] The customer agrees to update his review
- Promotes another service
- Call for legal action
- Insults & profanity
- Conflict of interest
- Defamatory
- Identity theft
- Notation @ comment do not match
- Includes insults or profanity
- Civil or criminal liability
- Dangerous code
- Review written without experience
- Includes inappropriate comments on another content
- Others
- Personal information
- The author ask for rejection
- Seeks to skew the results
- Spam
- Confused or unintelligible
- Does not relate to the review item
You must then enter a comment to further detail the reason for reporting, helping the moderators better understand the context.
For information, this comment is for the moderator and will not be visible to the customer, except when you select the reason "[Mediation - Renotation] The customer agrees to update his review".
Once you have entered your comment, you can click on "Report".
A message will confirm that the report has been taken into account, and you will also receive a summary e-mail.
-> Following your report, the review will be automatically unpublished pending the moderator's decision, and the customer will be notified that their review has been reported.
2. Tracking my report
You can track all actions related to a report directly within the review.
You will see the label “Review reported by user,” along with the reporting date, comment, email address of the user who reported it, and the reason for the report.
You will also find the moderator’s decision (whether the review is rejected or not), along with details regarding the respondent’s right to re-rate and a reminder of the reason for the report.
(Regardless of the moderator’s decision, you will receive an email informing you of the outcome.)
→ Regarding moderation, there are two possible outcomes:
- The review is approved by the moderator: The review will be republished as-is.
- The review is rejected by the moderator: The customer will receive a new questionnaire link and will have 7 days to modify their review, except in specific cases.
(If the review is updated, it will be published again. If the review is not modified within the given time, it will not be republished.)
When a review is modified by the respondent following the report, you’ll find a detailed overview of the changes made to all ratings and comments.
You’ll be able to access both the original and modified versions of each item by clicking on the corresponding tabs.
