The Average Satisfaction is calculated from the answers to the scaled questions.
It may concern all the questions or just some of them. It is therefore an average of the different subjects evaluated in the survey (welcome, advice, cleanliness, etc.).
The Global Satisfaction is calculated from a single question :
"Are you globally satisfied with your experience within... ? “
The client is therefore questioning about his or her general feelings about the experience.
