Results displayed by type of questions asked in the survey

In the Statistics tab, you will find the results of your questionnaires according to the type of questions asked in the “Topics” and “Questions” tabs.

1. Sub-tab “Topics” for the questions with a rating scale:

  • To access the results of the questions with a rating scale (questions with a score from 0 to 10 except NPS), you have to go to the sub-tab “Topics”.
    In this sub-tab, you have access to the average score of each satisfaction question (also called “topic”) evaluated in the questionnaire. The topics are ranked from the best to the worst score.Capture_d_e_cran_2023-01-10_a__16.37.48.pngNB: You can also find these satisfaction results by topic in the “Main Indicators” section of the sub-tab “My summary”.

  • By clicking on “Analyse”, you can then zoom on the results of a specific topic.Capture_d_e_cran_2023-01-10_a__16.40.08.png

  • You will find the breakdown of the scores (unsatisfied, neutral, satisfied), the evolution of the score over time, as well as the answers to the conditional questions “You would have liked” or “You particularly liked” associated with these subjects when they are set up in your survey.Capture_d_e_cran_2023-01-10_a__16.41.26.png

  • You can change the topic displayed via the scrolling menu: Capture_d_e_cran_2023-01-10_a__16.45.27.png


NB: You can download all the graphs and tables by clicking on the download button at the top right of each widget.

2. Sub-tab “Questions” for the multiple-choice questions:

  • To access the results of the multiple choice questions, you can go to the “Questions” sub-tabCapture_d_e_cran_2023-01-10_a__16.50.04.png

  • You will then find all the multiple choice questions of your survey. To get the details of the answers, just click on the question you want to analyse. You will then have a breakdown of the choices made by your customers.Capture_d_e_cran_2023-01-10_a__16.53.59.png
