The location page is the public page of one of your individual sites on Trustville. It brings together everything about that location.
The page header
The overall rating: average, stars and numeric score.
The number of verified reviews taken into account.
The AI summary, a synthesis of recent reviews.
The ratings by topic, shown as progress bars, with the numeric score next to each bar.
The list of reviews
Each review carries the "Verified purchase" badge.
Dates are clear and relative ("3 days ago" or "October 25, 2026").
Reviews with no comment are handled cleanly (a rating given without a comment).
Your replies to reviews appear when they exist.
A filter and a sort let you organize the display.
Navigation and access to the location
A Directions button links to your location. From the second page of reviews onward, the display becomes more compact: a context bar shows pagination, sorting and a back-to-top link.
Frequently asked questions
Why is my location page not showing? Publication depends on Trustville being enabled on the relevant campaign. A location that does not have Trustville enabled is not published.
Where do the ratings by topic come from? They are based on the topics analyzed in your reviews. For any question about your setup, reach out to your Wizville contact.
The reviews shown follow the recommendations of standard ISO 20488 on the collection and publication of online reviews.
