Given that Weedmaps is not a dispensary or delivery, nor do we own any of the businesses on our site, we, unfortunately, do not control the items they sell, provide refunds, or resolve issues on their behalf.
We can, however, help you if you’re having trouble getting in touch with the retailer you ordered from. Go to the Contact Us form, complete the required fields, and include your order number or phone number associated with the order in the Description field.
NOTE: We will work as fast as we can to reach out to the retailer, but you may find that you can contact them faster. We encourage you to give it a try and then reach out to us when you’re not having any success.
