Once you’ve placed an order on Weedmaps in Canada, you can submit payment to the retailer using cash or credit card (Visa or Mastercard).
Many retailers will specify acceptable forms of payment on the Details tab of their listing on Weedmaps. If they don’t have their payment options listed, we recommend contacting the retailer to confirm which payment options are available before placing your order.
If you happen to run into any issues with your order, please note that Weedmaps is not collecting payment – your payment is passed on directly to the retailer through the retailer’s third party payment processor. Weedmaps also does not receive any of your payment information. Therefore, Weedmaps does not provide refunds or exchanges; if there’s an issue with your order, please contact the retailer directly.
If you’re having trouble getting in touch with the retailer you ordered from, we can assist you. Go to the Contact Us form, complete the required fields, and include your order number or phone number associated with the order in the Description field.
Note: We will work as fast as we can to reach out to the retailer, but you may find that you can contact them faster. We encourage you to give it a try, and then reach out to us when you're not having any success.
