Once you place your order online, the order is sent to the retailer directly to begin preparing.
Pickup: If you placed your order for pickup, you'll be notified via text message when the retailer marks your order as ready for pickup.
Delivery: If you placed an order for delivery, you'll be notified via text message once your order has been assigned to a delivery driver, who will typically reach out to you directly to arrange delivery and provide an estimated time of arrival.
Order ETA
For your order ETA, we recommend reaching out to the retailer as they are the only party who has knowledge of their current order volume and delivery schedule. You can find the retailer's contact information in your order confirmation email or on the Details tab of the retailer's Weedmaps listing page.
Receiving your order
When you receive your order, whether, for pickup or delivery, you'll present your photo ID and selected payment method to the retailer directly.
Contacting the retailer
If you’re having trouble getting in touch with the retailer you ordered from, we can assist you. Go to the Contact Us form, complete the required fields, and include your order number or phone number associated with the order in the Description field.
NOTE: We'll work as fast as we can to reach out to the retailer, but you may find that you can contact them faster. We encourage you to give it a try and then reach out to us when you’re not having any success.
