One of the biggest annoyances of guests in the hospitality industry is when it takes too long before they get the bill. Woby resolves this issue with Service Requests. The guest presses the bell in Woby and is shown various Service Requests.
The request arrives at your existing Point of Sale (POS) or Property Management System (PMS).
Step 1
Login to the Woby portal
Step 2
Create an item in your POS system with an item name as you want to receive the service request and synchronise with the Woby connector.
The service requests to choose can be set per QR-code / order location. Some practical examples:
request for payment via PIN (operation immediately knows what the need is)
request for cash payment
request for technical support (example: hotel room)
Step 3
Go to Settings en click --> Service requests --> Add Service Request
Step 4
Fill in the fields and under Product select the article you created in step 2.
Step 5
Click Edit at the desired LocationGroup
Step 6
Select the desired Service requests
Step 7
Check and test in the Woby app by clicking on the little bell and sending a request.
