Step 1
Log in to the Woby portal and click 'View' next to your establishment/property. The 'View' button is located in the 'Actions' column on the right side of your screen.
Step 2
Click Locations and click QR link (New).
Now the web app opens in a new window in your web browser. Right click 'inspect' to scale the view to a smartphone screen.
Note, check the following points if certain Articles or Categories are not displayed in the web app:
Is the Category linked to a Main Group?
Check the Category times.
Check if the new products have been added to the Menu.
Below are the steps on how to do this:
1. Is the Category linked to a Main Group? Go to Categories in the Woby portal and click on Edit. A Main Group will be automatically selected. Change the Main Group to your preferences and click on Save.
2. Check the Category times.
Go to Categories in the Woby portal and click on Edit. Go to Category times as shown in the screenshot below. These are the times during which the Categories WILL be displayed.
In the example below, all items within this category will no longer be displayed to guests after 2:00 PM
3. Check if the new products have been added to the Menu.
Go to Menu in the Woby portal and click on Edit. Click on Add products to Menu if there are articles that have not been added to the Menu as shown in the screenshot below.
