A: There are a few pre-populated Extra choices, which when picked will add the standard options required. Examples:
Egg Preparation
Meat Temperature
Soda
These should be added to items, even if there isn't a clear description requiring them based on the following:
Egg Preparation - should be added to all breakfast/brunch plate items when a type of egg isn't specified, or when it states "your choice of eggs". You do not add Egg Preparation to breakfast items that include eggs that are presumed to be cooked a set way - ie, Breakfast Burrito, or Eggs Benedict.
Meat Temperature - should be added to all steaks (even if not specified), and to burgers/other beef items, when specified.
Soda - a quick flavor add for Soda choices- Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite. Can you used to start populating an extra quickly and added to, or should be added as the default if soda is an item but the flavors aren't specified.
