Why Social Sharing Matters for Your Bottom Line

Commercial buyers spend significant time on mobile devices and social platforms looking for specific solutions. By using the Post to Social tool, you aren't just posting a "truck"—you are broadcasting a vocational solution to local contractors and business owners.


Step 1: Select Your Vehicle

  1. Log into your Work Truck Solutions dealer portal.

  2. Navigate to the Inventory tab and select the vehicle you want to promote.

  3. Click into the vehicle record to open the detail view.

  4. Click the Post to Social icon (typically the standard social share symbol).

  5. A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to choose your platform (e.g., Facebook, or LinkedIn).


Step 2: Customize Your Post

NOTE: You must have posting access to the profile you want to post to. You might need to contact your internal marketing team for this kind of access, or create your own commercial branded social media accounts.

  1. The System Auto-Populates: A professional photo of the truck and the key specs (Year/Make/Model/Body Type) will automatically load.

  2. Add Your Sales Hook: Type a personalized caption.

    1. Example: "Need this Service Body on the job site by Monday? We have 3 in stock and ready to work. Click below for the full spec sheet

3. Click Post or Share.

4. The Result: The post includes a direct link back to that specific vehicle's VDP on your site.
