All customer access the Work Truck Solutions portal, regardless of plan, from the same location noted below.
Logging in
Go to app.worktrucksolutions.com and log in with the same username and password you already use.
If you are a new customer you will have received an email from us with your username and temporary password
If you have access to more than one dealership, use the dropdown next to your account icon to switch between them (see "Organizations & Multi-Store Switching").
Changing your Password
Navigate to app.worktrucksolutions.com
If not logged in
Click Forgot password
Follow the steps to changing your password
Login using new credentials using the same link above
If logged in
Click you profile picture/avatar in the upper right
Select My Account
Select Update password
Follow the steps to changing your password
Click save
Navigating between Dealerships
If you are associated to 1 or more dealerships you can easily change between them by following the steps below
Click your dealership icon or name in the upper left of the application. If on mobile you'll see it in the bottom right under the "More" menu
Use the Search or click the Dealership your seeking from the drop down
The application will reload and you'll see relevant tooling based on that dealerships package and your permissions.
Note: If you are not seeing a dealership profile you believe you should have access to please contact the admin for your dealership. They can add you other related dealerships.
