  1. Navigate to Truck Pro Management. Log in to your account and open the Tools menu. From there, click on Truck Pro Management. This is the page where you can view and manage current Truck Pro users.

  1. Click on the "New Truck Pro" button, which will be located on the right side of the screen. This will open a form where you can enter the necessary details for the new Truck Pro.

  1. Enter User Details and Configure Permissions. Fill in all the relevant information for the new Truck Pro:

  • Section A: Provide personal information such as their email, first and last name, phone number and a password.

    • The new Truck Pro can change their password later, if desired.

  • Section B: Designate Permissions and Lead Rotation Details:

    • Checkboxes are available to signify whether or not the new Truck Pro will be actively in rotation, if you want them to receive text notifications for leads and if you would like them to be CC’d on incoming leads that aren’t assigned to them.

  • Section C: Set Availability hours for Lead Rotation schedule (if necessary):

    • Modify their availability according to your dealership's operating hours and schedule.

  1. Create the Account:

    • Click “Create” when you have completed all fields and adjustments.

    • You also have a second option to “Create and Send Welcome Email,” which will allow you to add the new Truck Pro to the site and send them a welcome email that includes the login page for your site as well as their username and a link to reset their password.
